Sometimes people wake up one day and realize they're not in love anymore and have just been going through the motions.

On April 9, 2007, Gretchen filed a divorce petition, citing irreconcilable differences....He now has a girlfriend named Amy Railsback who is 23 years Bonaduce's junior. She was formerly a school teacher but now manages Bonaduce's career full-time. They have been together since April 2007 and share a home in Hollywood.

He's been pretty much a train wreck for most of their marriage. I'm surprised she stayed with him for 16 years.

Divorce has got to be one of the worst processes in the legal system. The law is automatically on the other person's side, and the only way you keep anything is if there is a slight bit of mercy in your spouse. If you ever listen to any man that has gone through it, it's basically the most demoralizing process to go through.

Oh yeah, and you also don't get that @ss anymore.

Think about it...it's Danny Bonaduce.

What would your price be for having put up with him for 18 years?

I've been through it, and I guess I was one of the lucky ones to have the benefit of the law on my side. Paid for her to finish her schooling and a professional certification, and she just kept insisting on "needing more classes" before being able to get a good job, despite the fact that her fellow classmates had all gone on to successful careers already. I was finished with things for the grand total of $200 in filing fees, thanks to a good lawyer within my company's legal plan.

Didn't want it anymore. Sometimes it's better to cut and run.

I think adultry, abuse, and abandonment are the three that are acknowledged. The rest I am I always skeptical about.

I've seen menopause strain some relationships.

Failure to communicate would be a biggie.

Failure to put each other first.

Not making the relationship a priority.
