Electronics, Lighting, & Gadgets - DYI Battery Pack Problem

I have a battery pack that I have put into a modified water bottle. I have tried twice to fill in the space inside with Great Stuff, a liquid that cures into a solid foam. The Great Stuff inside the bottle fails to cure and remains liquid. Any one else have this issue with this product? Or use anything else to secure the battery inside a water bottle?

Which product did you buy? They have products that cure hard and products that cure soft and remain flexible. It sounds like you used the latter.
I have used the hard cure product in my lead acid water bottles. A dollop of hot glue in the bottom to hold the battery and the rest filled up with the foam. Flexible black rubber sealant (automotive store) between the top and lower sections and just like factory new.
Negative on the soft curing type, as I use the rest of the can to insulate underneath my dogs bed platform. cured muy stiffo.
