Fuji Xc OE tires changed for Road tires?

My Fuji came with Ritchey Speedmax Cross, 700x32c tires, kept @ 80psi. If I now ride primarily on asphalt will changing the tires to Hutchison Fusion Comp folding, 700x23, kept @110psi really amount to a noticeable difference?

Yes will should notice less rolling resistance while on the road. Also you can take corners with greater confidence without worrying about the sensation of rolling you tires (sidewall compression).
