Hi There,
I haven't cycled for many years and things sure have changed. I'm looking to purchase a bike for exercise, riding some paved bike trails (for a couple of hours) and cycling with my kids. I have an opportunity to purchase either a 06 Jamis Coda or a Trek 7.3 FX (I've tried the Trek at my lbs and it seemed ok, although the 7.5 fx felt a little better (gearing). I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on the Jamison versus the Trek. I can get the Jamis for about $50 less. I don't know much about the components that come with each bike, although I think the Jamis is CroMo versus Aluminum for the Trek. Thanks for any feedback!
