What does this include (Ordering a complete bike off of Danscomp)?
"NOTE: All complete bikes require some final assembly by a qualified mechanic."

That you have to put some of the bike together.

A special person doesn't have to do it.
It is reccomended to take it to a mechanic if you don't know how to do it.

I doubt they'd make you put together the crank or deal with the freewheels. they probably just mean put on the wheels, chain, brakes, etc. not biggie

but you should still go over the entire bike. and make sure everything is good. And the back wheel always comes with the chain mega tight and off centered. you pretty much have to builld 80% of the bike

a lot of companys not are not offering a warrentee on their completes if they are not Assembled by a bike shop with a reciept showing it.

so if you get a complete off dans or something and you build it your self and something breaks on it that shouldnt break your **** out of luck

+1. Ditto happened to me.

My '08 Stolen Wrap came nearly completely assembled(crank, headset, stem, fork, rear wheel on with chain and cassette, tubes and tires on wheelset, etc). All I had to do was install the front wheel and the handle bar which already had the grips and brake lever installed.

Your model might come less prepped but its a great thing to learn how to and not to assemble something :twitchy:
