Are the steering riser and adjustable-angle stem on the UFB (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=456455#30) available as a simple swap-in aftermarket upgrade for the Brompton?

some time ago somebody posted a link (in the "best of craiglist" thread) to a page of craiglist where a contact/phone number to Len Rubin was given saying that he offers some of his mods.
