I was wondering if there is a kickstand available that is kind of like this one here.

You may be able to find one from one of the "Dutch Bike" type retailers on line.
Google up "Dutch Bike" and the first half dozen or more hits will have a chance of carrying what you want.
It'll be pricey though.
