Started riding in May for the first time in 15 years, was 219 lbs. Today, 199! 4 more to lose to get back to where I was when I quit smoking 5 years ago. :)

Congratulations. To get back to where I was before quitting smoking is a goal of mine also. Do you have any sort of special reward for yourself breaking 200?

About 1200 km, so say 750 miles, plus a lot of walking/hiking with the new dog mixed in.
As for rewards................food! ;-) I plan on hitting some of the pricier restaraunts in the area as I make my targets
Goals:
195 - quit smoking
185 - started working behind a desk
175 - mid twenties, playing weight
Thanks everyone and best of luck to all the rest of the Clydes and Athena's with their goals.

Thats excellent news, man. I'm at 223 down from 267, quit smoking 11 years ago. My goal is to break the 200 barrier with a sonic boom. :D
Good job. I hope to break 200 myself next summer some time. Keep riding!

I started at 313 and am at 242 now. The notion of breaking 200 seems an impossible goal at this point, but I will just keep doing what I am doing and we shall see what happens. The last time I was under 210 I was pretty buff, but I was a lot younger back then too!

Don't worry about whether it's possible or not, just focus on the next 10 lbs, baby steps. Cause they all add up to some very impressive numbers. 65 lbs! wow!
