Winter Cycling - Is winter over????

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Just broke out the shorts and t-shirt Sat. and Sun. Can't believe it will stay this nice, but it sure is easy to take!!!
But the windy season seems to be starting.

yeah>>>>how about that wind in no. illinois today?
remember, these are the dog days of winter (the winter/spring cusp) and you know that it will snow again or drop to below 30 at night for several days....
as long as it is dry, i don't care what temperature it is.
**in the midwest, always go with the wind first. the spring winds are usually swirling, and there are no guarantees you ever will get the wind>>>so take it early. i know they say to go against the wind first, but i dislike doing that. it beats you up and the ride seems harder that way.
Nope, winter is still hanging on. The way I tell the cold is finally over is when I decide to get the old razors out and take winter's growth off my legs. Then it is finally over. Until then I'm still dressing in tights and shorts with my vest, the sleeves always with me just in case.
