Hello all,

I am in the process of writing a book on cycling for beginners and my publishers would like to have a century training guide in the book. I know there are a lot of different training plans out there, but I'm looking to link up with someone who might be interested in letting me use their guide in my book. I will pay them and will do a short write-up in the book about them, so credit will be given. It could be a good opportunity for a professional to get their name out to a larger audience, or to just help out a writer in need.

Please feel free to contact me if you or someone you know might be interested.

Thanks in advance,
Dawn

Is there anything new, worth publishing? - ps, beginners seldom try Centuries.....

How about this one? I used it with great success. It helped me go from zero to lean mean cycling century machine inabout 6 months!

In his sales pitch... he says that he can teach you:

"How to kiss goodbye to saddle sores."

I'm sorry... but the words "kiss" and "saddle sores" should never be used in the same sentence. Ever. :D

Maybe if you're using it as an insult:

Angry motorist - "Hey, get off the road!"

Cyclist - "Kiss my saddle sores!"
