The items that qualify for exchange is that it's our older li-ion batteries that were shrink wrapped and stored in a nylon pouch.
Contact us at sales@dinottelighting.com or service@dinottelighting.com or go to the website and follow the instructions for replacemnet. Many of our cycling customers have already had these replaced, so we'd encourage you to do the same!
Some of these systems are quite old, so it's best to send in the entire system for a complete checkup.
Just to reiterate this does NOT apply to any AA Powered lights or any Battery that is in a hardshell molded case.
