I am trying to build up some wheels, any suggestions as to where I could do it for a good price/quality online? Preferably someplace with a lot of selection, thanks.

Do you have any LBS nearby? Most shops have somebody who can competently build a wheelset using any hub/spoke/nipple/rim of your choice. And talking it over with the person who is going to build your wheels is a good feeling, especially if they will re-true the wheels after a break-in period.

Agree with that. I ordered a hub_rim_spoke combo from LBS. He built the wheel. I went to pick it up and he had gotten the wrong rim. No problem. He got the one I wanted and re built it. I like the fact that I can walk in and get it tweaked if need be even if the price was a little bit more than online. Plus he will install parts for me for free cuz I don't have all the bike tools that exist.

i just got a wheel from prowheelbuilder. I've only ridden on it thrice(to and from work last night and to work today) and its been fine. I'm gonna hit the LBS and check to see if it needs to be trued when they open tomorrow.
