BMX - Nice group of components but what is it?

Hey guys! i've been reading this forum for quite a bit but i'm still not much of a bmx person. anyways, i found this at my friend's place just hanging up there with some nice components on it and decided to take it off his hands, he's not a bike person either so no help from him.

The frame has been completely de-badged it seems. there's a sticker on the downtube that says GODSMACK... and a front tube sticker. the only code on it is on the rear dropout that says CC M 1004

i'm just wondering what brand and model it is if u can guys help that'd be great! i'm waiting to find a seat post and seat for it cuz its a rare 13/16 size :(

Are those 700 CC wheels?
I dont know about the bike, but Godsmack is a band I think.

Looks like some weird road/bmx alt bike even though it isn't. How light is it? People here (http://bmxmuseum.com/) might know.

tarck-ass risers there. Uncut risers + Oury's + bolt on crossbar = Tarck stew.

with those wheels and that tiny top tube (what is it, 18"?) i'd guess it's a junior race model of some sort. i dunno what they were thinking with those tyres though. disclaimer: i know nothing about bmx racing

It's a mini-sized race bike. It's meant for kids that are about 4-6 years old. I don't know why, but those bars are definitely Renthal dirt bike/ATV bars. And they look like 1" rims, so they have to use slicks.

Wouldn't they be fairly heavy to stick on a bike if it was made for atv/ dirt bike? I've seen bars like those at my lbs except they definitely aren't that wide.

Yeah, I would think so. But they do make bolt-on crossbar bars, but those bars definitely aren't meant for a bmx bike.

I am gonna second the mini racer. Tires are available to fit those rims, and most bike shops could order them for you. Measure carefully though, as the chain stays are very close together on these minis, and they cannot accommodate wider tires easily

If you weigh much over 100 lb. that thing is probably not gonna be a good ride for you.

I like those Cook Bros cranks. Very old school.

BTW, mine is a micro mini, smallest frame RedLine made according to original owner.

The cranks on yours are long, meaning it was probably ridden by a bit older racer, maybe in the 10-12 year old range.

Finally, CCM was a Canadian manufacturer of BMX bikes back in the 80s. That could be an old CCM frame. Not sure about that, but just tossing it out.
