I'm looking to get a small group of people in the central Va. area who are trying to start into or return to cycling. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, just reply here or send me a private message. We can agree on a good begining route and build on it as we better ourselves.

Check out Richmond Area Bicycling Association (http://www.raba.org) (RABA). They're a great group (actually a lot of groups) with a lot going on, something for everyone I'm sure.

Howdy, RABA has rides of all speeds and distances. Have you looked into riding with them? They have about 600 members, with all abilities represented. They also have a cue sheet library. I ride with them and also on my own on shorter rides during the week.

I have been on a few of the RABA rides. They have rides for all speeds and I have enjoyed the rides I have been on.
