I just want to take the time to say that every day, I love my bike just a little bit more. Anyone else fall deeper in love with their bike every day?

sorry trekkie, i couldnt resist. ive been riding fixed for exactly a week now and im even more addicted to riding than i was before i converted it. i basically find an excuse to ride anywhere, not matter what time it is. i think its easy to get obsessed or fall in love with your bike or riding. for me, i really feel free from all the other bs that takes up my day when im riding my bike. i think thats what it is-- riding fixed brings harmony to my mostly stress filled day.
its not love but i do catch myself staring at my bike when i could be doing other things. but i obsess more about riding in general, my bike is just the tool.
