hey im having a hard time choosing a new track bike. i just want to know your opinions on these two bikes to help me make my decision.

i've never been very impressed with leader's bikes.
what type of riding do you intend to do with the bike?

I am currently riding a 720tr.
It is a great bike for the price point. Considering that the fork cost more than the frame... lol
It seems quite stiff, much stiffer in fact - than my KiloTT.
The geometry is also reasonable, considering I had to give up some rake in trade for a smaller frame size (53) vs my typical 54-57 road bike size.
My only gripe with Leader is the qualty of their carbon seatpost saddle clamping mechanism... At the current angle, I think that if the bolt was any longer, it will soon rip through my nether-zone.. lol

The Leader 721tr isn't worth its weight in scrap. I have one and absolutely regret purchasing it. Go with the felt.

I would go with the felt...I don't trust leader's rear drop out welding for some reason

felt overall have better quality and style with their bikes. also Im curious as to why you are asking us to give you opinions on two totally different price range frames. I mean obviously felts frame is nicer it also costs twice as much.
