are you on a pc or a mac? im on a mac and iv just got Ascent which is a great piece of software, helps if ur using a gps or a polar computer, sportstracks is also a good electronic journal for the pc

I record my info in an Excel spreadsheet I've created for my own use.

But I also use bikejournal and Big Dogs.

I use PC, I don't have GPS, I have a CS200 with cadence and a HAC-4 that has yet to be installed. The HAC will go on the bike I'll do most of my training on.

Machka, would you be willing to share a blanked copy of your Excel sheet?

How do you like/dislike BikeJournal and BigDogs? Why three recording locations?
