It's got 9 speed Campy record. Wheels aren't so special. Frame is Reynolds 753. Everything is very good condition. What's a fair price for this package?

I've seen that bike (online). My opinion is that he / she is asking too much money for it. You'll find Bob Jacksons, Raleighs and the odd Ron Cooper in 753 guise for a few hundred less than that Waterford if you search often and are patient. I agree that $600 and below would be a fair reflection of what most of these bikes seem to be going for at the moment.
