My knees think this is great. I rode the Fuji up a mountain, which was a big mistake this early in the season. They have been sore for a couple weeks, still tender in that area below the knee cap where the triangular bone is. The Carpe Diem is getting a nice Ritchey handlebar (and a longer stem), the Salsa bar goes on the Fuji. I am trying Marsas bar pads on both. The Fuji is getting the Audax version, which is a double layer. The Airborne is getting some 165mm 105 cranks. I wanted to get 165 Ultegra cranks, but the price for just the crank was more than the entire 105 crankset. So I have replacement rings when these wear out, for free. Sometime this soring I have to replace my rear tire. Avocet doesn't make that one anymore, so I am trying to decide which 28c to replace it with. I don't like mixing sizes, but this might be a good moment to get a Rivendell Rufy Tufy. Panracer has a new tire that looks nice. It's competition for the Conti TT, but unlike some other Panracers has a nice round body.
