I replaced the stock saddle on the Hour with an old Bianchi saddle I found at a shop and it kind of angles itself upward and I don't like it very much. Is there anything I can do to have the seat parallel to the floor?

-loosen bolt/screw that clamps down the saddle
-modify angle to your liking

The bolt that's on the bottom?

Yes, under the saddle. Not the seatpost clamp that's by the frame.
