I have started a new event at our YMCA, so if you happen to be near Red Oak, IA, on New Year's Day, let me know and I will email you a flyer about the event for that morning.
I know their are some multi-sport people on-line here, so I thought I would let you know about it.
It is a short swim (200 yards), followed by a 2 mile flat run. Nothing special. No medals or anything like that. Just a fun event for people.
