I posted in the Training and Nutrition section but only got 1 hit, so I thought I'd try here.
Just to preface, this is probably going to sound like a stupid question. But it isn't my first and won't be my last, so here we go.
I'm going to be getting an indoor trainer next week because I leave for work right around sunrise and don't get home until right around sunset. Obviously when riding outside there is plenty to keep me interested and focused on the ride. I'll probably eventually get a training video or two, but they are pricey, so I think music will help me to stay focused inside for right now.
Could someone suggest how a 1-2 hour training ride would look in music form, I guess a soundtrack more or less? Any genre or artist suggestions are much appreciated. For example I'm kind of thinking the Metallica song "One" would be good in that it starts off slow (warm up) and gradually increases to the really heavy part (hammering). Unfortunately, it's only about 6 minutes which I'm pretty sure isn't nearly long enough for a training ride. :)
Thanks in advance.
