You pay the hidden cost of not being able to fit a 700c wheel in all models..

This is true...many hidden fees and costs
Frame: 189$
Shipping: 15$
Export Tax: 20-50$ (depending on model)
Not being able to fit a 700c wheel: priceless

add another $150.00+ for a fork
think of the sweatshop labour required to produce these bikes.

just buy it on ebay. Wheel will fit (LOL GUYS) and no "tax" they speak of. Btw. You'll get made fun of on the interwebs if you buy a leader, but it's only by forum trolls.

The only thing I paid besides the price of the parts was the shipping. No tax.
Why wouldn't you ask them yourself?

I had a 4 door gsr. I miss it dearly.
As far as the 700c wheels, they fit . . . a quarter of the way into the dropout.

if you are getting the 721TR wait until after January IIRC when they are correcting the design flaw.

^i spoke with leader, it's not a design flaw. the 721 was meant to be used with low pro track tubulars not clinchers like 100.1% of the people on here use with that frame. With the correct tires there shouldn't be a problem and like Leader said, the 720 is for street use, the 721 is meant for the track. so once again, not a design flaw...

Are they kidding themselves :lol:Because that's exactly what the 721 is being used for, tarck use. You put on 700x19 tubs and its still going to be a ****** dropout. Name any other "track" or track frame where only the last 1/4 of the track end is useful.

How low of a profile can a tire get? It's a pretty big unusable space in the dropout.

you can fit a 700c in there but the bad part is if you get any chain slip and your wheel gets loose its gonna smash into your seat tube. so make sure you torque the axle nuts down plenty.

no, it's definitely a design flaw....
the TR delineation doesn't make a difference as the 735tr doesn't have this problem....

um if by fine you mean.... ur axle is half way into your dropout and your tire is nearly slammed against your seattube....then yes...it's fine.

Yeah. I heard leader uses aluminum that funds terrorism and is formed using heat from burning baby corpses. Also, they explode and kill the rider if you look at them on Tuesdays at 1:00 pm.

i mean i have a 721 and im not concerned with my wheel placement. i mean i would like a little more space but but im not using the recommended set up i guess but i torqued down the axle nuts and havent had a problem yet
