Hi everyone. I'm an MBA student at UCLA and am doing my thesis project on an idea for a new type of bike helmet. If any of you have two minutes to take a quick survey about your thoughts on bike helmets, it would really help for my research. Just follow the link below. Thanks a ton!

Done. I tend to dislike radio-button surveys, though. For a bunch of questions I picked "Other" and entered "All of the above" or similar.

Done. I don't live in the states and thus couldn't respond to the question "What state do you live in?", hope the data is still usable.

What, no recumbent option under 'bike type'?

Here are the questions in case you're wondering:

Do you own a bicycle helmet?

How often do you wear your helmet?

Why did you buy a bicycle helmet?

Which helmet attribute influenced your purchase the most?

Where did you buy your helmet?

What helmet brand do you own?

How much did you pay for your helmet?

Are you satisfied with your helmet?

How often do you ride on your bike?

What is the usual purpose of your ride?

What type of bike do you own?

In which state do you currently reside?

What is your gender?

How old are you?

Done.
I'd love to see the results of your survey as well as your thesis, when you're done.

Done! I agree, radio buttons for this kind of survey make it somewhat ambiguous. For the type of bike, I put "Other: All of the Above" because I really do have and ride each type of bike.

Hope the data is of use to you.

Yeah I had to do that with "Gender".

Done. Hope I gave a good representation of those who don't own a bike helmet. :P

I'd love to see the results of ANY of the surveys posted here on this forum. People ask us to fill out these surveys ... and never come back again.

You REALLY need to allow multiple choices.
Also, I ride about 4 times per week, and that doesn't fit into the choices.
