Hi folks,

I am a student, just stepped into university. I cannot dish out great bucks for Batavus, Parsley or Jorg and Olif, all in the range of $1000 + after taxes. My roomie is from India and he shows me pictures of roadster and classic dutch type bikes from India. If I import such a bike from India as parts and assemble it myself, what are the red tapes I am looking at? What surplus sick taxes do apply in such a case.
Would be indebted for any kind of info.

Thank You

It will never be cheaper to ship a bike from India to Canada than it would be to buy one locally.
