Anyone know where I can find jerseys with matching patterns that are made in both male and female sizes/cuts?

FWIW, we've belonged to local cycling clubs for, well, a long time and receive new club apparel every year as part of our membership fees. It's one of the more cost effective ways to build a cycling wardrobe that also connects you to your cycling community. Of course, you do reach a point where you start to question the sanity of having THAT many jerseys (I've lost count). Just a thought as this is the time of year when most clubs start doing sign-ups for the coming year and taking clothing orders.

Join a local club that has team kits. We belong to two clubs and have complete matching jerseys, shorts, arm warmers, vests, jackets, gloves, socks and etc. There are a couple of pro teams that offer men's and women's jersey IF they have a ladies team as well as a mens team. Most jerseys are sized for men and the women have to get as close as they can. Some equipment manufacturers offer team kits.
Most recreational and event jerseys do not fit me since they are full cut in the mid section and do not fit my wife. Your situation may vary. Good luck.:)

The Team Estrogen site has most matching men's and women's cycle clothing. Other brands that often do matched stuff include-
Descente- the Sponge Bob shirts are Descente and we own South Park shirts -the red/orange ones with "Oh boy you guys suck" written on the back. There was also green ones with "Stop your *****in". They also came with matching socks. Still waiting to see what Decente does next.
Primal Wear- does matching Rock jerseys. Team Estrogen has these as well as Primal Wear's website. Primal wear also does children's shirts, which sometimes match the adults (eg Where the Wild Things are, Curious George). Also matching socks.
Castelli- has men's and women's Prologo shirts- the ladies version is sleeveless.
Exteo Ondo- also has matching shirts- however sleeveless for women as well!
Carnari- has State shirts at the moment in men's and women's cuts.
Pearl Izumui has "Beijing" men's and women's shirts at the moment- however they don't match for some reason!
My stoker loves cycle clothes so she is always keeping an eye out for matching true men's and women's cut shirts.
Maybe someone needs to do a set with "I'm the Captain" and the stokers shirt saying "yes I'm peddling" plus "if you can read this, its your turn at the next hill!" on the back.

What bothers me the most is, there is a wide selection of men's jerseys, a wide selection of women's jerseys, but they don't use the same fabric. In general men's are dark colors, women's are lighter colors. Just use the same fabrics!

Look for raglan sleeves and just buy two of 'em in appropriate sizes. We're going to get the new Redhook jerseys - the ones sold on the Redhook brewery website. Great visibility and I think they'll look sharp.

We have gotten gear from both Kucharik and Team Estrogen, and have been happy with both. Kucharik is great for us,as we have a triplet too, and they offer kids gear. All the same colors and fabric too.

I was disappointed with my last order from aerotech.
The sleeves on the short sleeved jerseys are 1/2 inch shorter than my previous order.
The label is now printed on the inside of the jersey. With the lighter colors it shows on the outside of the fabric.
The paper labels are now attached with a plastic "hook" through the fabric. I sent one back because of the hole and they refused to replace it. It now has a run in the fabric.
I wish I could find another source for tall sizes.
