Wonder if the order of the ebay and/or craigslist finds can be reversed, where the most currect is at the top.

Yes, but the change will affect every thread:
Click on User Control Panel in the upper right corner of the site.
Click on Edit Options in the Settings & Options portion of Your Control Panel on the left side.
Scroll down to Thread Display Options.
In Thread Display Mode select Linear - Newest First.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
