Great Lakes - Holiday Party with Photo Shoot!

OK, Here is a little bit (maybe even a lot?) of a strange party idea. I am thinking of having a get together at my house for kind of a BF holiday party. :cheers:

In addition, I was going to set up my photo studio to take photo's of everybody and their rides (for free of course). That's right, full kit and nice shiny rides. If you want me to print something for you, I will have to charge for that but nothing is expected and you will get the digital shots for free. Seriously, I'm just doing this for fun so NO OBLIGATIONS (and therefore low expectations ... OK?:P)!

I am going to have to limit it to people I know so that the numbers don't get out of hand (sorry to those I haven't met yet ... next time?). I also apologize for making it a public thread but it's a whole lot easier trying to coordinate everything without having to do tons of PM's so please >>> Sorry to be exclusionary! <<<

I will be in Arizona till the beginning of December, you should come out and ride the Tour de Tucson with me this weekend. If the party is after that, it sounds like fun.

You should have a trainer holiday party. Everyone rides for 2hrs and then drinks. It makes the booze cheaper (but the food more expensive)!

I'd love to come! I think all of those dates are workable for me. Sounds like a great time....except for the photo shoot. I'll tell you, people will be darned impressed with my Team Performance plain ole black Fuji!!! ha ha I'll have to go with a super snazzy hairdo to distract them....maybe huge earrings....in any event, I'll think of something and would love to come.

Sounds like a good time. I'm in, although the 29th looks a bit questionable. And of course I don't make the social calendar, so those other 3 dates look good as of this particular moment in time. It could change by the next time I look at the house calendar. A few people have alluded to your large basement. Are we talking velodrome, with all of us on the track?:D Or will there just be a paceline from the bar to the photo op, and then loop around back to the bar?

Either way, I'm interested.
