I was watching the Guardian a few days ago with a friend of mine who works at UMGD and she told me that Kevin Costner is in a band. I decided to look up and was rather impressed. The band is called Kevin Costner and Modern West and their debut album, "Untold Truths" was released through UMGD last week. The first single off the album, and one of my favorite new songs is “Superman 14” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8YcRmCZgMAA . Check them out and let me know what ya think of them!:

There's some potential there. My advice to KK: grow a beard, die your hair, lose the 'Kevin Kostner' in the band name...start touring county fairs and juke joints...commit 100% to being a musician, not because you can but because you have to---in short, pay your dues.
