For SS dirt jump bikes.
It's slated as a "freeride" component. I guess we can now build those pesky single speed Demo 7's that elf's friends will be able to easily 'gnarclimb' with.
Oops...never mind. I just "thought" I saw the word freeride somewhere. Well then, now you can run some hydro's on a DJ
THANK YOU, Ed!!! It was the only thing holding me back. Now should I combine the barspin with my 360 or my double front-flip?

You'll break it Ed, you better save that part for more experienced hacks like Doug. :D
I guarantee you I'm not even considering adding another place in my Hydraulic lines for a leak.
If I decide to learn bar spins and Urban out...I'll just go brakeless, haha.
In your case, I would shoot for going BREAKless :D.

Good one! Never happen though. Ed is a true free rider. I love to watch him ride. Any thing in, or along the trail that can be utilized to gain altitude, must be used to it's fullest extent. If it's only a foot of air then you combine a cross up with a tail whipp to get your adrenaline rush. Honestly he's only a freerider because he's trapped in the flatlands of Kansas. If he had some real terrain to work with, He would pursue downhill on a heavy duty bike. He's like a fish in a tank, only get's as big as his environment will let him!

Ahh. I tend to rely on my lycra-clad gnar-thrashing quadraceps to impress the ladies.

I stuff a sock in there, Been married twenty three years and she's still not figured it out:thumb:
Why would you want to spin your bars?Hang time. I would just once like the sensation of hanging in the air long enough to have one other thought than "Oh, #$#$^@%&, how am I going to land this one?"

For guys like santiago and myself, "hang time" is the time spent poseuring at the trail head before the ride.

I think your mountain biking simulator is going to need a new "hang time" feature.

I agree. I have been working with a complex pully system that attaches to the bike by the stem and under the seat. Depending on what rope I pull, I can get a wheelie simulation, endo simulation, bunny hop simulation and with a locking feature, I think I can pull off the hang time. Thoughts?
