I think it looks different than a kilo tt-

someone at my school has one, and it has a vittoria logo on it (do some kilo tt frames have this?)

and the front wheel clearance to the downtube is super tight-

which I didnt think the kilo tt frame has

This is a recent Kilo TT. The only other Merciers to have track ends were in the 1960s and 1970s, but this is the Kilo TT frame.
