Hi
I've been having knees issues as posted in a few other threads
recently it was suggested by a local fitter and backed up by a forum member here to move my cleat's inward and my seat up 1cm.... This was after complaining of pain in my IT band on the right knee.
I moved it and my right knee is fine but my left knee is bugging me now. I stupidly moved the cleat on my left shoe more inward too but I'm thinking I'll move it outward slightly like it was and see if that corrects it
The local fitter said there is probably not much they can do as they are fairly new to the fitting system FISTS (A tri fitting system) and do not have motion analysis so they will not be able to accurately access my issue.
so I've tried looking to see how much float my shimano pedals allow because I am pigeon toed ( feet point outward when standing and was reading sometimes adding more float will alleviate this issue.
The fitter also recommended seeing my doc and making sure my legs are the same lenght because even being off slightly can cause issues.
So does anyone know where I can find how much float these pedals have ??
