Hot sauce is for wussy. 100% Pure Cap is your friend. At 500K Scoville Units, there ain't nuttin' hotter. It comes with a waiver you sign to exonerate the seller from any liability (no kidding).

I like spicy food from anywhere whether it's Cajun, Tex-Mex, Thai, Indian or whatever. One of my coworkers is Indian and he brings in dishes for me to try and he's always saying, "this might be to hot for you" but it never is. I did make the mistake once while traveling in London of stopping at an Indian restaurant and ordering hot food - it came in 5 levels of spicyness so I ordered level 5. Damn that was hot! I had to order an extra bowl of rice and a pitcher of water to go with it. Won't do that again.

There are hotter things...
I have eaten Bahamian goat pepper which rates about 400-450 k on the Scoville scale and a nearly invisible sliver will blow your freaking head off.
Apparently there is an African pepper that can rate as high as 900k and is hotter than police grade mace.

I don't see anyone eating these like popcorn.

What would happen if we just turn a few words around in this thread. Let's see:
Why can't black people eat spicy food?
Yes, I know this doesn't apply to all black people, and I am just curious.
I've noticed that some black people have trouble eating spicy food. not because they can't handle the spice, but because it upsets their stomach + digestive system and whatnot. I haven't heard of anyone of a different race having trouble with spicy food.
I know some people can't digest milk because they lack the enzymes needed to break down and digest lactose. but... don't the people have the enzymes to digest the spices? what's the deal?
I don't mean to be disrespectful or racist in any way, and I apologize in advance if I came across that way.
Does any one find this any more disrespectful when using the word "black" in place of "white?"
I find it absurd, but not racist.

Don't you know that eating hot/spicey food makes your skin turn brown?
I used to be white. Now I'm the color of a pancake.
:roflmao2: So that's the secret to getting a good tan!

I eat hot food and introduced my wife to hotter and hotter stuff.
She's now a chilli-head. Eats hotter stuff than I can - eats habaneros whole, raw.

She had some of this, Satans Blood (http://firegirl.com/hs1155sb.html) from a guy at a farmers market. He wore gloves to take it out of the bag he had it in. She put some on her finger, tasted it. "Hmmm, bitter" I think I saw some sweat, but we'd just ridden there, so that might not have been the sauce. Oh, the guy had brought the sauce for another guy who liked hot sauce - who ended up puking.
That's been the reaction from someone else who took up the habanero eating challenge. Habaneros are interesting - they have a delay between eating them raw and the sudden onset of heat. Chew chew chew, okay not bad .... OMGWTF
I think sometimes the stomach just says screw this I'm not doing anything with that get it out!
