During the last 4 hours I have consumed two Samuel Addams Boston Lager at 12oz each. I feel pretty happy. I've been packing stuff on my old house and I'm ready to move it to the new home that's 5 miles away. The drive is only a few minutes... but I think it would be a DUI cuz I fell pretty happy. It was only 2 beers, but I haven't drink in 6 months...

Maybe I should ask the wife to drive me over there... is 2 beers enough to get a DUI?

Even double that amount would be no problem from a BAC point of view even if you are very light.

However, your actual capabilities are far more important than what testing equipment says. If in doubt, hang back for a bit. Drink a bunch of water and eat something substantial to flush your system and give you some energy.

2 beers and I'd be under the influence, at 110 lbs. You should be fine unless they were some super-strength brew.

Here in Texas, a police officer can tag someone for DWI even with trace amounts, if they are obviously too impaired to drive.

When in doubt, wait it out. I do this even if I have just a single one.

LOL, you sound like my wife... and my mom...

on this case the "T" was close to the "R" on the keyboard... but yeah, I usually kant zpel mush.

Wife drove me cuz I she said I was acting funny. I honestly think it was because I have no life insurance...
