...is brought to you by the Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets in Woodbury, NY (Orange County, that's about 12 miles from my house in Chester). I do believe it is the largest Outlet Shopping Mall in the USA. They are starting their after Thanksgiving sale @ MIDNIGHT on Friday, 11.28.08. That means you can have Thanksgiving dinner, and then go to their cursed parking lot in the middle of the night to start your Xmas shopping.

God help them.

In this economy, I don't care if they have to be open 24 hours a day on Thanksgiving and Xmas, whatever works for them. Thankfully, they will be closed Thanksgiving Day (11.27).

Ugh, pathetic.

I can't wait for the sales to start opening at 7 PM Thanksgiving day. That way, people can just flip off their family members and choose to go shopping for "deals" instead.

Our local outlets here in Park City do it too. My sister-in-law convinced us to try it last year and that will never happen again. Deals weren't that great and the crowds sucked. I was grumpy for the next two days.
