ISO:

- Campagnolo front hub. 36h. Something 90's or newer would be nice but I'll consider vintage stuff too.
- Decent quality 36h clinchers, new or VGC. Mavic Open Sport are a pretty good value, maybe a set of those. Open to options.
- 27.2 silver alloy seatpost. Good quality, no Kalloy or similar. Think Shimano 600/DA or Campy...
- Campy Ergo brake/shift cables+housings
- Brooks Professional. Prefer black.
- Small bits needed for the frame I'm building..steel slotted fork dropouts with a single eyelet, cable stops, Canti bosses...

Have:

- NOS Specialized rear hub. 32h. Similar to Superbe Pro
- 1977 Raleigh Super Course. 21.5" Reynolds 531 frame, Suntour Barcons..mostly original.
- Tubular wheelset - Mavic rims laced to Dura Ace 7200 hubs (rear needs new axle. No skewers). Includes tires, they hold air but s/b replaced.
- Campy Veloce 9 speed triple crankset
- Campy Veloce 9s Ergo shifters. Pre 2001. (You would have to have something pretty good for me to give these up)
- Campy Nuovo Tipo high flange hubs with skewers
- Shimano 600 Arabesque group (FD, RD, brake calipers, levers, DT shifters, Crank + BB). No brake hoods
- Couple random sets of aero levers.
- 9 speed 105 STI levers. Good for parts or you may be able to rebuild or revive them but no guarantees...
- 2 sets of Crank Brothers pedals + 1 set of cleats. Cheap egg beaters that I rode once and didn't like and some older well used Candy C
- 1996 Univega Superstrada frameset 56cm, Double butted chromo, rack and fender mounts.

USAZorro, is it safe to assume then that if a user wants to buy something (paying in cash) or is looking to sell something (receiving cash) that the post needs to be in the C&V Sales forum?

You're correct. Prices are also needed for sale items.

USAZorro, I am also in search of things and am open to trade. If I were to post a link to a spreadsheet here that complied with the rules, what form would it have? Would it have as many sought items as items offered? Or is the whole idea not going to work?

noglider,

As long as it is separate from one with for sale items, it could be posted here.

Note that a link in the sig to a for sale listing is ok. I can't explain the rationale there, but that's the rule. Don't go overboard on font size and wild colors if you choose to do that.

700c wheelset, 120 or 126mm (preferred) spacing, machined widewalls on the rims, clincher that'll work with a 25-28mm tire or so. A steerer that's too long isn't that big of a hurdle. Any decent LBS can cut it and extend the threads in little time.

Well, turns out I don't need it. I had a fork that would work, but the steerer was too long, then I realized (like ColonelJLloyd said) that the bike shop could probably thread it, and a few $ and 10 minutes later the fork has sufficient threads! Thanks again Robbie but it turns out I don't need a fork afterall. By the way, I sent your caliper out today.

Cleaning out the parts box today. Here's a couple pics of stuff that I never, ever anticipate using. Hopefully someone out there will have a use for some or all of it. You'd be surprised how little I'd be willing to let a lot of this stuff go for, especially if you were also covering shipping costs. Plenty of this stuff would really fit better in the free stuff thread. I'm making a post office run in the morning for some other trades with lovely BF members so get your PM's in soon and get new (to you) stuff this week.

What I could use in trade:
700x23ish presta tubes
Black bar tape - cloth or fake cork
Narrow cloth rim tape
Black brake housing
Brake and shifter cables
Hoods for Shimano SLR levers
Chainring nut wrench
One of those under-the-saddle tool pouches
Metal tire levers
Seat post clamp bolt
26.6 seat post
Allen-head crank bolts (for Campy, if that matters)
Anything else consumable (road bike-specific)

Viscount pedals, no dust caps, spin great but a little loose
Generic steel flat pedals
Suntour alpha 4050 derailleur
Atom FRENCH THREADED narrow 6 speed freewheel
Shimano Arabesque clamp-on shifters
Shimano Light Action group - shifters, derailleurs (can dig up a freewheel, too); front missing cable clamp bolt

Second picture:
Dia-compe non-aero levers with turkey wings ground off
Universal center-pulls, levers and brakes (including straddle cables)
Weinmann QR levers with white Carlton hoods
Single Cane Creek interrupter lever w/ replacement clamp bolt
Shimano SLX levers - look to be shifter/levers with shifters ground off
Lambert levers with dry half-hoods
Dia-compe aero levers - a little stiff, but usable

Not pictured:

this may seem silly but I am actually looking for 2 or 3 NOS spoke protectors. I need the style for a FW with the metal mounting area and for 24-26T FW cogs. I actuallt need atleastone for a Disc cover I want to put back into use.

I also could use a 32' Campi rear hub. model not too important, HF would be awsome.

I don't have too much to trade (well that I am willing to trade anyway) for a nice HF hub I could possibly give up a 8spd Campi hub of unknown model, but I suspect it is Veloce.

They're Paramount shoes like mudboy mentioned. The graphics are the same as on the PDG Series Paramounts from the early 90's or so. They were a throw-in with a bike I purchased (and subsequently sold) last year. They're too big for me and are promised to another BF member, thankfully in trade for a pair of shoes that should fit.
