I just purchased a Team Performance membership and I was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes for them to get me my info so I can start using it. I would like to place an order using it this weekend to get the shipping upgrade and the 20% points promotion. Thanks.

In my case: never, if I hadn't called and bugged them that I'd never gotten anything (although of course they'd charged me). They finally sent me a blank card, and I realized my order had my club # on it - though they never sent anything to explain that.

I'm less impressed with them as a result - that, and twice now they've just not filled an order they took, saying they were "out of stock" - WTF? If you took the order, you still don't know whether you actually HAVE it or not until you try to ship it??

I emailed them last night asking about this last night. Just got an email back with my number in it. If anyone else is having a problem like Allen H, send them an email.

Yeah, I had the same problem with them as well. Ordered Feb 1st and at the end of the month I hadn't received anything. Called them and they gave me the number right away. It still would be nice to have a physical card though.

I just checked and they managed to over charge my credit card for $13 for my membership. They also didnt give me the double points this weekend like they were supposed to. The order I placed Sunday still hasn't shipped either. Maybe a little early to be mad about that, but I would expect in stock items could ship in 2 days. I ordered a bike computer for my father that I was planning on giving to him friday when I saw him, now I will probably have to ship it. So far this is starting out a bit bad...

Update:
Got an email back and they are refunding the overcharge. My order arrived today and is correct even though the website still says it hasnt shipped. My account has also been updated to reflect my double points. It looks like performance is just a bit unorganized right now, but they got everything right and I am happy.

Yeah, something's up. I never got notice that it was being shipped, and when I called earlier today, they said the credit was applied and I should be getting the package today. Go figure.
