Sorry, I think I'm the wrong guy to help you out with your problem. I just finished off a large LARGE bowl of French Vanilla Ice Cream with Sangria Drizzle Sauce. YUM!!!

Well I at least have some self control. I gave my daughter the last handful of dark chocolate M&Ms. Of course this was after I had eaten about a cup of them.

That is my policy. Unfortunately the inner wussy refuses to go outside in frigid temps and no sunlight. This just further adds to the binge eating. Big positive feedback.

Like the NPR story a few Thanksgivings ago that talked about how many calories the average American consumes on Thanksgiving Day...and then went on to say that during the TdF Lance could consume the equivalent of 8 Thanksgiving Day dinners every day.....
