Looking for classic looking cages for a '92 rb-1, and a mid-late80's basso.

I think the TA style ones are a bit too vintage for these bikes, the modern tubular aluminum ones a bit too, well, modern.

Any one got any favorites?

or better yet, pics/links of these cages on bikes?

You can find stainless King cages at wallbike.com and the price is reasonable.

+1 for Velo Cheapo (edit-I mean Velo Orange) . They have 6 of the classyist cages around from $11.00-$45.00. And while your there, make sure you pick up some stainless steel bottles.

Here's mine ($11.50 cages and 18 oz bottle)

When I think "Classic" and water-bottle - I think Specialized from the early 1980's into the '90's. I think everyone has one (or more) laying about. Simple bent metal covered in vinyl in the colors available back then. I have two of 'em presently - red & black.

Out of curiosity, what shade of red is it? Do you have pics?

I'm looking for a dark red bottle cage right now...
