OK, my riding friend wants me to do the Los Gatos turkey ride on Thanksgiving day. I can't seem to find any good details about this ride. Looked on MTBR forums but details still sketchy. Just what kind of ride is this? length, steepness etc. and it is a MTB with knobbies ride right? Only trails I've ridden with my MTB is some gravel across the bike path...:lol:

Is it a serious ride or a eat, drink and gab fest?
Anyone here doing it?

It starts 8am at Summit Bike Shop in Los Gatos. So we get there at about 7:45.

Thanks Blast, I didn't know it started at the bike shop, that makes sense because there's no parking at the beginning of the trail at Kennedy.
