I have these generic standard side-pull brakes on my trek... they stop okay but not as well as i like

harris cyclery offers a ton of different ones.. im not sure which is most fitting

well, the Dura/Campi holder kit looks good. but i don't see why any of those other brakes wont work similarly... basically all it needs is a stud to go through the hole on the brake arms right?


Will these Eagle 2 on Nashbar.com be okay? this is their pic on Nashbar...looks more like smooth studs?

no...how are you going to attatch them to the brakes? you need a threaded post.
