for a quick few pounds, lose the brakes and pegs. I'm not sure what to do next :P
Pivotal seat and post will cut off quite a bit of weight, if you don't like pegs take them off and if there is 4 and you want them take 2 off, take breaks off if you don't need them, tires possibly lose quite a bit of weight, plastic pedals, cut like seat post down, cut axles, any part basically will lose you weight since haro's are pretty heavy.

Suck it up, lift weights.
Just lift the damn bike, it'll save you a fortune on gym membership

Drill holes everywhere, including the tires and tubes.

the tires? I've heard of drilling in the frame... I can't tell if that's a joke or if I need more experience with BMX.

Oh, I'm absolutely serious. You'll also want to fill them up with helium, and make sure to use no grease on anything - it's just deadweight. Stripping all the paint off helps a ton, too.
