on his soul. I'm wanting to know what that bus driver was thinking...
Probably something like: "OH MY GOD that idiot just rolled out onto a busy wet highway without looking for oncoming traffic...can't stop...LOOK OUT....aaaAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!
Look both ways before crossing the road. It really is not all that hard.
Substitute a pedestrian for the cyclist in the vid, and substitute me as the bus, and that is pretty much my life.
My question is - what was that cyclist thinking? "Lah-te-da...when I get home I'm going to pick some fresh flowers and call my mom to see if she wants to come over for dinner and some AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOHHHHHH IM UNDER A PREVIOUSLY INVISIBLE BUUUUUSSSS!"

The driver was wondering why the hell that guy in the bike rode out in front of him. Looks like the cyclist was at fault.
Unless I am mistaken, I cannot see any sign or signal directing the traffic to stop. There is a crosswalk, but I am ignorant of Chinese laws as to whether traffic is supposed to yield to potential pedestrians or cyclists at crosswalks.

After further review, I have decided that is not a cyclist. It is simply another clueless pedestrian (zombie, meat pylon) who happens to have a bicycle - strolling out into traffic without a care in the world.
