how can i cut down a Kilo TT fork to make it threadless instead of threaded.

I think you have it mixed up and want to go from threadless to threaded. I'm not sure how much of the steertube you need sticking out for a threaded headset though.

you just cut it down then it will be threadless. if you want it threaded, you get the rest threaded

Cutting/shortening a steertube is pretty straight forward. all you need is a hacksaw or pipecutter (depending on what you may already have or prefer) and to know how much shorter you want the tube. Make sure you cut as straight as possibe, and remember to press the starnut in deeper before you cut.

do i just like trake the fork off then slice that stuff down with a saw or something lol what should i use to cut it

Just to clarify. Your current setup is threadless right? And all you want to do is shorten the steertube and thereby remove a couple spacers?

If you want to go from threadless to threaded then you have to cut down your steerer tube to a certain length (not sure what that length is) then you will have to get the fork threaded
If you are going from threaded to threadless it probably isnt possible with your current fork because after you cut off the threaded part the steerer tube will most likely be too short to connect the stem to

if your fork is threaded and fit to the frame, you're not gonna be able to make it a threadless fork. the steer tube will be too short- you're gonna need a new fork with a long enough steer tube.
