I bought an Ultimate TRS-80R Pro Truing Stand a while back to true up my wheels and I thought I purchased a quality product. With a company name like Ultimate you would expect quality and with “Pro” in the product name it should be expected that the product is of a high calibre. Well this truing stand, while a great design, has sub-standard plastic parts that broke in no time at all. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product and the lack or customer support. I tried to see if I could buy replacement parts and their website does not work and I can’t even find customer support information.

They replaced a part for me that I broke on my repair stand for free. Service was quick and I had the part in less then 2 days, but I am local. I would call on Monday, as it looks like there website is being rebuilt.

Thanks for asking. I called the number that henrymiller posted and the gentleman that answered informed me that the company has split and he gave me the new number. I called the number he gave me and I was unable to get through. So that day I just happen to be going to the store I bought the stand from, Mountain Equipment Coop, and asked if they had replacement parts and they tried to contact Ultimate but did not have any success so they gave me a new stand. I really happy with Mountain Equipment Coop, but my preference would have been to buy new parts.
