I was at my vintage friendly LBS today and he was tuning up a bike I hadn't seen before. It was a Scorpio Custom Designs EX 2 Hundred. No pics as I didn't have my camera.
Bikepedia has an entry for a EX-200 which I believe is the same bike.

The head tube sticker was a scorpion with SCORPIO arched over the top of it. It had a sticker near the bottom of the down tube that said LBIS. I could find no sticker with a country of origin anywhere.
