Some guy has HF dura-ace hubs on ebay for pretty cheap. They're 36h but not NJS. Are these the same quality as their $300 cousins?

They look like standard 7600 hubs to me. Did they make these without the NJS stamp?

Yeah, they're probably the exact same. Even the 32 hole ones are the same aside from drilling.
This is assuming they are the same year and style of course.
