I was riding my fixed gear back home when all of a sudden i felt something slowing me down and within meters it brought me to a stop.
I checked the rear wheel and noticed that it couldnt turn. The cranks are locked and the bottom bracket threads are showing about 1.5 cm.
Why did my bottom bracket came loose?

Maybe something went wrong with bearings?
or
Your bottom bracket is just messed up
Either way I'd suggest getting a new bottom bracket, they aren't too expensive

hat type of BB? Who installed it? Does it have a lockring? Do you have a pic?
