Does anyone know if you can use a fork-mounted cable hanger (say, the stock one off a Redline Conquest) with the Easton EC70x fork? Or should I plan for a headset style hanger.
And, anyone have experience/opinions about the EC70x vs the Redline carbon fork? I'm thinking of replacing the aluminum fork I'm running now.

If the EC70x has a hole on the fork crown then yes you can use a fork mounted hanger.

Let us know if you find a place to buy one online.

The fork mount hanger? I'm too lazy to go to the garage and compare it to the one on my bike right now, but the CAH59 Fork Crown Housing Stop looks really similar: http://www.sheldonbrown.com/harris/cable-hardware-brake.html
Or if I go with the headset mount style I might throw my fork mount on ebay if they're that hard to find...

Oh nice. Looks like it's "new"; it's the first I've seen it sold separately from a Redline.
