My wife has joined Team in Training (TNT) to help her train for the Solvang Century in Solvang, CA on March 14, 2009.
This will be the toughest athletic challenge that she has ever undertaken, but motivating her is her commitment to doing this for a very good reason. In addition to becoming more a more fit and confident cyclist, she will also be helping others by raising funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Through TNT she is raising funds for the fight against leukemia, Hodgkin's disease and other cancers of the blood. Donations will go to research as well as services for the families of those with these cancers.
We are asking you to help by making a donation to this worthwhile campaign.
